Vastu Shastra is a traditional Indian system of architecture which literally translates to ‘SCIENCE OF ARCHITECTURE’.These are texts found on the Indian subcontinent that describe principles of design ,layout,measurements,ground preparation,space arrangement & spatial geometry.Vastu Shastras incorporate traditional hindu & in some cases Buddhist beliefs.

Shelter is one of the basic needs for human beings .People spend much of their time in their homes.Therefore comfort & environmental conditions are important aspects of a house.The purpose is to clear the fears in the mind of the people about the misconception of Vastu Shastra & it’s tenets ,the fear created by consultants by threats of destruction ,death,disease & miserable life.Therefore ,knowing & applying the rules of Vastu Shastra would be extremely beneficial for any modern day architect or interior designer in India.Vastu Shastra takes into account the influences of the sun,it’s light & heat.It considers the impacts of earth’s electromagnetic field ,bio chemical effects in human body,in order to lead a healthy & prosperous life.

THE FUNDAMENTAL RULES OF VASTU SHASTRAS ARE BASED ON TWO IMPORTANT ASPECTS:

• The five natural elements Sky,Fire,Water,Air & Earth.
• The eight cardinal directions NORTH,SOUTH,EAST,WEST,NORTH-EAST,NORTH-WEST,SOUTH-EAST,SOUTH-WEST.

Various human conditions can be improved by considering the effectiveness of these five basic natural forces while designing the buildings .The role of Vastu Shastra is to combine these elements of nature & balance them with the man & the matter .

Consequently Vastu in India is treated as a religious duty more than art of construction ,which leads to the misunderstanding of its concept.

As you know  in today’s world all people and directions on earth has an impact on human life and every direction of vaastu has impact on particular part and kind of your life.

In this series of awareness I would like to bring in notice that NORTH-EAST direction of your home is fixed for God/Mandir and better known as ISHAN ANGLE,Ishan mean God (Ishwar).

And in hinduism ishwar’s blessings is always required for growth,peace,prosperity and harmony in life.

That is why we should not fix any negative energy generating corner them in NORTH EAST.

NORTH EAST toilet work like rust in life slowly-slowly it makes impact on health ,peace and money.

If any house is having NORTH EAST in corner it stop’s god blessing to the house ,which ensures deterioration in health,monetary flow ,slow growth in business and negativity in house.

If anybody is having NORTH EAST toilet in house,office and factory ,they can keep ROCK SALT in a glass and place within.They can also put SWASTIK PYRAMID on outside door of toilet. 

India is a great country known as the land of festivals.One of the famous and most celebrated festival  is DIWALI or DEEPAWALI which falls every year 20 days after the festival of dussehra in he month of October or November .It I celebrated to commemorate the returning of lord rama to the kingdom after the 14 years of exile.People of ayodhya shown heir joy and happiness by lighting the lamps in the whole kingdom & fring crackers .It’s a festival of lights (DEEP=LIGHT AND AVALI-A ROW i.e A ROW OF LIGHTS) that’s marked our days of celebration which literally illumines the country with its brilliance and dazzles all with its joy.Each of the four days in the festival of DIWALI is separated by a different tradition ,but what remains true & constant is the celebration of life,its enjoyment & goodness .Although these are not considered to be national or public holidays by the indian government ,they are nevertheless observed & employees are allowed to take an unpaid day off for the ones in which DIWALI also considered as a victory of good over evil.People buy new clothes from market ,also buys firecrackers ,sweets and gifts.People decorate the houses ,offices,& streets like a bride prior of some days of Diwali,As it is common beliefs of people that buying new things at this day would bring home the Lakshmi .In the evening,Lakshmi puja is held by the people at their home by lighting lamps.People take bath,wear new clothes & then start puja.After puja they distribute Prasad & share gifts to each other .They pray to GOD for the happy 7 prosperous life & in the last they enjoy burning fire crackers & playing games.
